Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and
packaging intact. - Please note that minor color variations due to lighting or screen display are not
considered defects.
Process
- Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item if there is any issue.
- Once your return/exchange request is approved:
- Sri Lanka customers must return the item within 3 business days.
- Foreign customers must return the item within 18 business days.
- Send us a message with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a short
- After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process an exchange or issue store credit (cash refunds are not available).
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, discounted products, custom or pre-ordered sarees cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories and stitched blouses are non-returnable.
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
